Daniel Niedhammer - United Police Fund

Daniel Niedhammer

Dan is a retired Richmond, Virginia Police Officer. Dan is a co-founder of the UNITED POLICE FUND and long time advocate of the rights of working Law Enforcement Officers. As the Founder and Past President of the Richmond Coalition of Police Dan worked tirelessly for the rights and benefits of Richmond Police Officers. As a Board Member of the Virginia Coalition of Police and Deputy Sheriffs Dan helped establish this on a state wide basis at the Virginia General Assembly and throughout the Commonwealth. Dan knows the real meaning of Officer Safety and Survival. Dan survived a shooting while on duty serving the City of Richmond.

Christopher Strope - United Police Fund

Christopher Strope

Chris Strope is a retired 20 year veteran of the Arlington County, Virginia Police Department. He has a Masters Degree in Forensic Science from the George Washington University. Chris is also a co-founder of the UNITED POLICE FUND. Chris has represented Police Officers in Arlington County and as the President of the Arlington Coalition of Police worked to improve the working conditions and safety of Arlington Police Officers. As Executive Director of the Virginia Coalition of Police and Deputy Sheriffs, Chris has worked tirelessly to bring Officer Survival Schools to Police Officers and Deputies in Virginia.

Charles Chip Condon - United Police Fund

Charles "Chip" Condon

Charles "Chip" Condon is a retired Virginia Beach Police Detective Sergeant with 37 years of active duty. Chip has been involved with Police related organizations his whole career and as the President of the Virginia Coalition of Police and Deputy Sheriffs beyond his active duty years. Chip has been fighting for police rights and issues that concern law enforcement ever since he began policing. Chip has spent years working the Virginia General Assembly to ensure that Virginia's Police Officers are protected on the job.
